About Us
The registration group, Brave Minds Social Services, is approved for giving a great amount of flexibility to meet your individual needs through your NDIS funding of core supports, capital and capacity building. Your individual NDIS plan and support systems, will be discussed with you during your intake interview.

Its now well known that isolation leads to chronic inactivity. Inactivity exacerbates weight gain and both are contributing risk factors for diabetes and cardiovascular disease. We encourage clients to engage in any type of outdoor activity no matter how insignificant it may seem; such as:
